An impossible restaurant to make an reservation. Went with a friend who managed to. As well publicized, the dinner did take 4 hour. Start only at 7pm. It didn't feel that long as you can enjoy watching the chef's prepation. Every dish was extremely well done. We spoke very limited japanese, so struggled to fully appreciate the explanation he offers on every dish. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
