This restaurant provides perfectly cooked nigiri, rolls and ceviche. You will hardly forget delicious wine, cordial or Pisco sour that you can drink. Visitors don't highly appreciate cortado at Shinsei (Renaissance).
The cosy atmosphere of this place makes customers feel relaxed and have a nice time. A number of reviewers highlight that the staff is efficient at this place. The terrific service is a great advantage of this spot. Here you will pay good prices. The designer created a fine decor. But this restaurant has been rated below average by Google.

Una experiencia Nikkei imperdible. Un restaurante increíble para disfrutar de la cocina Nikkei. Todo está a la altura: desde la propuesta del chef hasta la atención del equipo de sala. Lo recomendaría especialmente a quienes buscan una experiencia gastronómica distinta, están abiertos a nuevos sabores o quieren probar platos que sería difícil —o directamente imposible— replicar en casa. Los precios me parecen justos considerando la calidad de los ingredientes y la ejecución. Lo único que me pareció algo desproporcionado fueron los valores de las copas de vino por unidad. Aunque la calidad es excelente, la diferencia con el precio de la botella (en carta) es considerable. Tal vez un pequeño punto a revisar . ---- An Unmissable Nikkei Experience. An incredible restaurant to enjoy Nikkei cuisine. Everything is on point — from the chef’s concept to the attentiveness of the staff. I’d especially recommend it to those looking for a different gastronomic experience, who are open to new flavors or want to try dishes that would be hard —if not impossible— to recreate at home. I find the prices fair considering the quality of the ingredients and execution. The only thing I found a bit disproportionate was the price of wine by the glass. While the quality is excellent, the difference compared to the bottle price (as listed on the menu) is quite significant. Just a small point to consider.
