A long-established izakaya founded in 1924. We ordered Ryoseki and grilled salmon, salted beans, sardine fried rocks, and octopus vinegar. To the long-awaited Shinsuke! I happened to be vacant on the day, so I made a reservation and came to the store. Of course, the food and alcohol are good, but the atmosphere here is great, so it feels really comfortable! Sake is purely from Akita Yuzawa Ryoseki. The food is well made and all of them are delicious with sake! Since it was founded as a liquor store in 1805, it has been over 200 years since its establishment. A famous izakaya restaurant that has been visited by famous literary figures and celebrities.
