The quality of the fish was fresh and amazing. I got the toro tartare, toro & snow crab roll, spicy tuna roll, and their tiradito special of the day. The attention to service and price was also great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

chef was amazing. every bite of the omakase was sooo good. he explained every bite and made everything with love. i will be back update 5/12/26: i went back for the omakase and it was just as good, the brioche was my favoriteee it was buttery and the fish was so buttery and good too. the wasabi caesar was really good i got that on the side i was really hungry and it satisfied my craving i will be backk Meal type: Dinner Price per person: MX$1,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

"Shinto is a true gem! The fish is incredibly fresh, and you can tell the chef is a true artisan. I loved the variety of nigiri and sashimi, each piece expertly prepared. The rice is also perfect – not too sweet, not too vinegary. I also appreciate the calm, traditional atmosphere and the attentive service ( Thank you for your hospitality Pablo our server ) . Highly recommend you try shinto especially if you're looking for a more Authentic sushi experience in Tijuana . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: MX$1,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
