Come here for some rest after a long walk around Old Market Square. Try tasty beef skewers, croquettes and chicken leg. The terrific staff demonstrates a high level of hospitality at this restaurant. Avoid!! Had a table a birthday celebration booked for over a month and they cancelled the booking less than 24hrs before…shocking really. If they’re closed why are they accepting bookings? Really poor. I was even asked to confirm my booking that week. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Where do you start - Superb! We visited Shio for their Omakase night - a Japanese dining experience “I will leave it up to you” and chef Billy chose the menu. Every dish was a real taste sensation and the lamb cutlets were the best we have tasted, and the lobster/wagyu/caviar welcome snack was just so more’ish. We had the wine flight and the pairing worked really well, and Alex was on hand to provide superb service and views on the wine. All in a superb evening and will definitely be returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £80–90
