Visited for early dinner and I had the specials of scallops for starters with the Venison for mains, and both dishes were excellent, very tasty and delicious. Would highly recommend making a stop at the Ship Inn if you are in the area. Made even more enjoyable by being allowed to have our young spaniel underneath the table, rather than keeping him locked in the creat.
