Shipley Do-Nuts offers you to try good rolls. Nicely cooked doughnuts and tasty kolaches have a pleasant taste. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. This place is notable for its nice service. Prices here are reported to be adequate. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

They never have anything ready. It’s always cooking or they’re out of half the stuff they sell. Sooo need new management. Great food. Awful customer service Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been frequenting this Shipley’s location for over 12 years. I pre-ordered a valentines donut box and when we went to pick it up, we were told that they didn’t have any heart donuts but they could just add sprinkles to some existing donuts because “really they are just the same”. — Very disappointing. I would have just gotten my normal order but was trying to do something fun and special for my kids. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Im not one to make a fuss fr. Every experience has been great until this morning. I bit into a jalapeno kolache and just about broke my tooth on what appeared to be like a white shard of rock or bone. I brought it in to show the woman at the counter to inform her of the issue, and she met me with extreme defensiveness without any concern for what she was selling people? She asked "so what do you want" with a nasty look on her face as if im in here trying to get a refund (would have been called for here) or start an issue. I answered that I wanted to make her aware, bc normal, good people care about what they serve their customers and feed people. A child and a man walked in after me, and I warned them to maybe chew carefully as she had no concerns for my experience and no care in the world for what she was serving others? The man actually replied that he HAD THAT HAPPEN BEFORE???? Breathtakingly disappointed in what I thought was a good wholesome place of business... how do you get nasty at a customer for informing you that your food has SHARDS OF HARD MATERIAL in it? I dont think I can come back here, not that the owner would care about that either Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
