This has to be THE worst Shipley's in Texas. The sausage and jalapeño kolache was at the same time dry and soggy, the ham in the ham and cheese kolache had a weird color, and to say the donuts were sad would be a massive understatement. Chewy and soggy. Never again Price per person: $10–20

Typical donut shop, as in nothing special. Their donuts may be good, but the apple fritter we tried, our first and only time in there, was completely unimpressive. It wasn't very sweet, nor crunchy, and didn't taste like apples at all. It was a complete waste of calories and left me wanting a redo for breakfast. Service was fine, and the place was neat and clean. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
