I've eaten at Shiro a number of times. Tonight I ordered the tricolor sashimi combo. WOW!! It was the most delicious yellowtail I've ever had, tangy and luscious. The salmon was wonderfully buttery and the tuna had a delightful texture. I don't usually go gaga for tuna, but this was lush. It was ready in 10 minutes. I am so happy to have Shiro up the street from me!!
