Came here after a long morning of sightseeing. We arrived after 1pm and had to wait outside for a table. Once inside the service was attentive and the cute shop was a nice oasis from the hustle and bustle outside. Cold soba with tempura was delicious and perfect for a hot day. The atmosphere of the shop is lovely, with a traditional kominka style that truly evokes a sense of Japan. While the service was somewhat disappointing, the food itself was very satisfying. You can enjoy authentic 100% buckwheat soba, and both the tempura and kakiage were delicious. An English menu is also available. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
