Great food! Really kind. We had the sea bream ramen, eggplant tempura, chicken skin dumpling. Everything was fresh made to order. Nice reprieve in a very busy area. Low key perfect hideout to eat and drink. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Shirobee is not only a great Izakaya, but the perfect escape from the lights, sounds, touts and trappings of Shinjuku. Located across the Zerotokyo club on a 2F floor, Shirobee offers a huge array of delicious dishes in an intimate but, still relatively spacious atmosphere. It’s also extremely good value. Highly recommend if you want to take a direction away from the beaten track of concept cafe girls, alleyway touts, bright lights, tourists and rolling the dice on food quality.
