値段表記ないのは十分構わないが、それに見合っていないような、勝負をしすぎている。都内ならまだしも、岡山の他店でも食べられるクオリティの素材をそのまま何ら工夫なく料理としてだし、人数に合わせてという謳い文句とともに量が多いだけの店といった印象。仕入れ値からは何倍もかけてそれをテーブルに並べた感じかな。 むしろ価格帯が1人あたり2万程度なら、店内雰囲気を突出させたりホスピタリティ高めたりしない限り差別化されないただの高い店となることでしょう。高級店というのとはまた違う。 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
