Fun for kids, reasonable price drink. We got nice clean towel. Staffs were hospitality. It was a great day for us. Thank you Shiva.

Shiva Samui have taken our money that we paid up front in good faith. Due to covid we had to cancel as the country was closed and so was ours and they flatly refuse to give us any money back. ???? most travel companies are refunding or allowing to change dates foc. NOT shiva Samui , they’ve decided to keep all our money for themselves. Eventually they said we could come back in December at another $1000 expense to us and then never replied to my emails about that as we still couldn’t go because Thailand was still closed ????♀️. Extremely disappointed that shiva have been so greedy during this pandemic.
