I'm writing this because I decided to be honest for the third time. The taste is very good. I think the ledger system has also improved considerably since the beginning. However, I keep forgetting my order due to a part-time worker wearing a black hoodie who recently arrived. I thought it was a coincidence the first and second time, but he did the same thing the third time, so it was probably on purpose. When this person is on shift, he always leaves me sitting outside or doesn't take my order even though it's my turn. What's more, the accompanying sauce is served in such a small amount that there isn't even one serving (the owner and other part-time workers are very generous with it). The first time, we were shown to our seats in order, but they never came to take our order and we were left sitting at our seats for over 20 minutes. A black hoodie glanced at me several times and made eye contact, but I ignored it. I happened to be seated in the middle, so I asked the male owner, ``Excuse me, can I order?'' and the owner finally took my order. (Later, I mumbled to the black hoodie, ``Didn't you take my order?'' but I didn't pursue it.) The second time, it was probably because it was crowded, so the people with the call number gathered and took orders first. Two regular customers with me? I was waiting, and even though I was listening to the orders, I was the only one who ignored them. After the part-time worker showed me to my seat, he looked at the bill in the background and looked just as confused as if he thought my order had gone through. When the person brought the tea, he vaguely asked, ``Maybe you haven't ordered yet...?'' When I replied, ``Not yet,'' he apologized and took my order, but... If you're disrespecting the store owner's work, you just don't understand that the insidious behavior of an individual clerk in a black hoodie will affect the reputation of the store as a whole.
