I tried two manakeesh yesterday, Lahm bi Ajeen and Muhamara with cheese. Both were spot on. The meat was juicy and seasoned well, and the dough had a great texture — light but still filling. The Muhamara with cheese had a really nice balance of flavors and wasn’t too heavy. Prices are fair for the quality, which makes it even better. The place looked tidy and the staff got the food out pretty fast. Overall, I left happy and will definitely come back when I’m craving manakeesh again.
