Had a really great experience at this banana leaf restaurant here in Penang. The food was excellent — full of flavor and exactly what you want from a proper banana leaf meal. The drinks were also a highlight, super refreshing and really well made. Service was solid overall, but what really stood out was the girl who took care of our table — she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Great food, great vibes, and great service. Definitely a spot worth coming back to Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but once you're inside Shobana's Kitchen, you'll be glad you made the effort. The ambiance is great; it's very clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant dining experience. And the service? Top-notch! Clean, attentive, and friendly - they really go the extra mile. Shobana's offers a vibrant South Indian dining experience, as evidenced by the beautiful spread we enjoyed (pictured). The food was excellent, although a bit pricey (RM 171.89 for our table). Overall, highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
