Such a wonderful experience of sake paring course dinner. Very inspiring and innovative marriage of sake and spices. It was an eye opener to discover sake matches with Indian curry! The chef lady has a talent in showcasing the beauty of sake, featuring on one specific breweries each time and let us explore into the history and the ethos of the local brewery. Her enthusiasm extends into each small details from the lighting to the bone china, each contributing to the atmosphere of the venue. I would definitely come back again.
