My wife and I visited Shoppers Saturday night, April 20, 2024. We were attending a performance at the Palace Theater and thought we would catch a quick bite to eat before the show. My wife ordered the smash burger but got a frozen hamburger patty not even a quarter inch thick. I ordered the Rueben with the coleslaw on the side. The sandwich came with only two thin pieces of corn beef. We thought about sending all the food back but didn't because we didn't have time to find another restaurant before the show. We also ordered a large Buffalo chicken pizza for after the show (should have checked the pizza before leaving the bar). After the show we opened the pizza box to find no chicken at all on the pizza!!!! I would definitely not recommend this place at all!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
