I don't recommend anyone go here. The customer service is bad. The food is bad. I got a drink and it had mold all through it. I gave it back to them and said can I just get a fry instead because obviously I don't want another drink and a machine that takes hours to clean and they refuse and didn't offer a refund for it either. Never again

My daughter and I just left from here and the customer service was nonexistent, we asked for fresh fry’s ( cause we noticed fries & pies sitting in the warmer) they just dipped them in the grease . My tenders had to be done the same way because it was dark brown and burnt in spots. The drive thru worker was very rude and unprofessional , the manager wasn’t as rude out loud but body language definitely showed how he felt about our request. It was only two cars in line when we pull to the drive thru that’s how I knew they cooked to much food and didn’t want to waste it , so they served us old food . As a ex fast food employee I know everything is supposed to be time stamped when taking out the grease . I’m here mostly because of the customer service , I also called the “corporate office” and was met with da same hostility!!!!! Other short stops have provided a way better experience, store # 9 sucks and should be boycotted til the find employees who want to earn their money and service our community correctly
