Gyoza at Shōryū

If you appear to be near Kobe Motomachi Shopping Street, you can go to this restaurant. The Chinese cuisine attracts guests who are in search of a new experience. Good dumplings and tasty spicy pork may be what you need.

Many people mention that the staff is well-trained here. But google users haven't given Shōryū a high rating.

A home-cooked restaurant in Northeast China. It has a strong umami flavor, is not tailored for Japanese people, is made properly, and is very delicious. As far as I know about the price. The Genghis Khan skewers are only available at night, so during the day you can get the Genghis Khan stir-fry (1,350 yen before tax) and the steamed dumpling platter (1,050 yen before tax). In addition to the food, there is a seat fee of 300 yen per person, which includes small dishes such as peanuts that were not ordered. However, as of today, all prices on the menu, including drinks, are exclusive of tax, and 10% consumption tax will be added. As a result, the price is higher than the sum of everything you eat, so I wonder if there is a misunderstanding. Recommended for those who want to eat delicious food without worrying about the details.

A shop I was curious about when I passed by the other day, ``Shoryu''. It's next to Kobe Motomachi Post Office. Apparently it opened about 3 months ago. A small shop with only a counter. They mainly serve dishes from the Northeastern region of China. A set of kimchi stir-fried pork belly and half fried rice. While listening to stories from the northeastern region of China, I was excited to see the dishes being prepared so skillfully. The kimchi is also homemade, and since I wasn't able to marinate it yesterday, that's all for today. Apparently, the sweetness comes from persimmons, apples, and onions. When making a stir-fry, they use ones that have been aged for a while and have a sour taste, and when eating them as is, they use fresh ones. Certainly, it has a strong sour taste. However, I can still eat it in a refreshing way. It's spicy, but it's a gentle spiciness. "It's different from the spiciness of Sichuan. The spiciness of Sichuan is much harsher! The spiciness here is gentler." Even so! The fried rice here is delicious! When you look at it, it looks like it's just a simple dish made, but it's simple and very delicious. It goes well with stir-fried kimchi. The shaved egg soup is also delicious! I found a good shop. There doesn't seem to be any water. Also, she said, "I always run out of 10 yen and 100 yen! I always buy (break) juice. I don't like juice anymore! (lol)", so please be sure to have some coins ready. (lol) (Don't tell me to go to the bank or anything like that.)
