It's been a few years since I last dined at a Showmars. This is fast casual "Greek" with gyros, burgers and such. As she's pescatarian, Mrs. K. was able to find something on the menu - the salmon platter and it was a good portion. Big piece of salmon on a pile of rice with a Greek salad on the side and some pitas with a small pot of tzatziki. I chose the double patty burger with everything. Other than too much mustard, it was tasty and cooked properly. The fries with it were excellent, done to a crispy texture and perfect for scooping up ketchup. Friendly service at the counter and the dining room attendant checked in on us, refilled drinks and brought a box to take our leftovers. Great service. Other than the salmon being 2x the price of the burger, it was perfect.
