The other day, I wanted to have lunch with a friend, so I called to make a reservation for lunch two days later. When I asked, ``Do you have a tatami room or horigotatsu seating because I have children?'' they said, ``Private tatami rooms are for 5 people or more.'' Since we were planning to visit with 3 people, I thought that might be a problem, so I told them that it would be okay to have a non-private room, but they said, ``We cannot provide seating for a large number of people because we have tentative reservations.'' It was a weekend, and I can understand the desire to prioritize groups, but a tentative reservation is different from a confirmed reservation. Between those who say they might go and those who say they want to go, shouldn't we prioritize the latter? I was planning to visit for the first time, but my friend was a regular customer, so I was disappointed by the poor service. An older woman told me that she was in charge of making reservations, but I wonder if Mr. Shoya handles things like this at other stores as well. Service: 1
