Shoya serves one of the best bowls of ramen I’ve ever had. The soy-based broth is light yet full of flavor, with the signature pork back fat adding a rich depth without being heavy. Noodles are perfectly cooked, toppings are fresh, and the portion is generous. The shop is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend if you want an authentic and satisfying taste of Onomichi ramen!
