Requested no sauce on the shrimp po boy. It was covered in sauce. The fish& chips was made out fish sticks. I've never had fish & chips like this ever Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I went in for a shrimp shack burger a couple days ago,overheard some workers saying they messed up something and then the whole store started smoking so bad they had to open the doors. I didn't think anything of it at the time so i just grabbed my food and left. When i go to eat my food i realize how burnt my burger is, and i'm not one to complain or go back to places but this was the only food i had so i had my friends take it back for me. They didn't even realize that it wasn't the same person who ordered and they never asked any questions or apologized, actually when i walked in with my friends i can see the employees laughing at us. I used to work in fast food so i understand how stressful it can be but that was the absolute rudest thing i've ever experienced. I would've even been fine if they just told me they messed up my burger and made me a new one the first time. Now 2 days later my stomach is still hurting from that burger.
