On this day, the top loin was sold out and I ordered the loin, but it was still quite delicious. According to the second-generation owner, the pork production area differs depending on the day, but they use Sangen pork. It seems that the reason why the business hours are short is that the Odakyu Sagamihara store and this store are managed by a couple. Good CP is also attractive. It's just a personal preference, but the cutlet curry doesn't feel spicy in the roux, which is a shame. Since it is a delicious tonkatsu, I would like you to aim for cutlet curry such as Akasaka "Masamune", Ogawamachi "Ponchiken", Jimbocho "Nankai Kitchen". By the way, the restaurant's name "Shumari" was named by the predecessor who was fascinated by the beauty of Lake Shumarinai in Hokkaido.
