I stayed at the Okinoerabu Floral Hotel, and when I asked the front desk staff, "I want to eat something like local cuisine," they told me. I asked for the food to be left to me. Chicken liver marinated in soy sauce, cloud ear mushroom tempura, yodare-dori, pork legs simmered in brown sugar, various parts of pork skin, cone shells (there is no poison), etc. It seems that there are various types of shochu, and they will serve them in order from 7 to 8 types, but on the first day, just the first one is enough. In order to drink more, I went to the next day and got the 2nd to 4th less. We think that price is reasonable. I feel good about the shop. I think that even one person can enjoy various dishes and brown sugar shochu little by little while talking at the counter.
