What an amazing BBQ experience! The sausage was very tender, moist, and flavorful. The brisket was just as good. The location has been there for less than a year and in a nice little trailer park area with other food trucks. Seating was good as we were able to get some shade while we were eating. The Mac and cheese was solid but the street corn was what really stole the show for me. It was spicy enough to not be overwhelming but still able to taste the rich flavors and mix. Overall, a great experience! 10/10 recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I pulled up to Sí Baby-Q not knowing exactly what to expect and left fully impressed. Ordered the pork ribs, brisket, queso y noodles, and this cheesy corn situation that I still don’t see anywhere on their menubut honestly, that might’ve been the best part of the whole experience. Let’s start with the meat. The pork ribs? Fall-off-the-bone tender in the real sense, not the overcooked kind. The brisket? You could literally pull it apart with a light shake—juicy, perfectly smoked, and melt-in-your-mouth good. And the barbecue sauce? Balanced, flavorful, not overpoweringexactly how it should be. Now the sides I’ll admit, I was skeptical. But they surprised me in the best way. That cheesy corn? I would come back just for that. No question. Service was also on point. I showed up a little before they were officially ready, and instead of brushing me off, they were kind, apologetic, and still made sure I was taken care of. Once they got going, everything came out smooth and handled with care. Bottom line: this wasn’t just good BBQ, it was the kind of spot you think about after you leave. Definitely coming back.
