The spaghetti was undercooked. I politely informed the chef that I could not eat it due to its improper cooking. He insisted it was al dente, but I am familiar with al dente and this tasted more like raw, uncooked pasta. Additionally, they added an excessive amount of Parmesan cheese, causing the pasta to become cold. While the sauce was flavorful, I was unable to fully enjoy it due to the pasta being undercooked and cold. Unfortunately, when I brought this to the chef's attention, he chose to ignore me.
