A nice variety of food, at a decent price. Much more filling than your average fast-food. Although a bit on the edge of town, it's close enough to a large parking-lot, that you can take your kids for a meal, before sightseeing, one end of the town to the next. Located by the lake and the church in full visibility, with plenty of outdoor seating, it is a far more calming experience than eating in the middle of town. Quick and reliable service, with a welcoming staff. Perfect for just about any meal on the go, for all ages. Price per person: kr 100–200

The service was good from the guy that took the order but the woman in charge was aggressive and a bad service oriented woman. We felt we did something wrong when I asked for my girl to have an ice cream with double chocolate toping (that we had paid for!!!!) girl wanted one toping in the cup and another on top....Well the woman got like angry and said they don't do the ice cream like that and with aggressive moves she made the ice cream 'as we do it" and tossed it to my girl....That is the first and the last time I set my foot on Synvilla in Filipstad...truth is that there are many better, nicer and with better service in Filipstad!!!
