Sica Coffee has a cozy vibe and serves good-quality coffee, even though the space is quite small. It’s a nice spot to grab a quick drink or dessert. However, we faced a disappointing experience during our visit. As expatriates, we were not served our coffee while locals who came after us were served promptly. This kind of unequal treatment leaves a negative impression and shouldn’t happen in a welcoming coffee environment. Also, we noticed that sweets were served in styrofoam containers, which isn’t ideal for either presentation or sustainability. The place has potential, but the service and attention to all customers need serious improvement. Equal treatment should be a basic standard.
