By far the best Mexican breakfast I’ve had. The chilaquiles verdes were so good! Also my new spot whenever I want barbacoa. The staff are all awesome people as well. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and family. We wanted to try a new place for Mexican breakfast. So I did some sleuthing on Yelp. Sierra Madre Taco Co PROVED that they measure up to the great reviews. My DH and my MIL are soooooo picky when it comes to menudo and they loved Sierra Madre's menudo. They don't try to jip you by putting bones in the bowl. The chilaquiles that I got were fantastic, as well. We live all the way out past Hempstead and we will definitely be making the drive to Sierra Madre Taco Co.
