We stopped by this restaurant for an iced coffee prior to our main dinner reservation and the owners were very welcoming. The iced coffees were made to our exact specifications with a smile and we left very satisfied. That night, Spain was in the World Cup final and you couldn't find an empty seat in any local restaurant in Palma. We thought we would miss the game but decided to take a chance and stop by Signature. Sure enough, despite the restaurant closing, they welcomed us back in with open arms, even inviting us to share their family dinner! It was a special and unique moment. Watching the World Cup final, with cocktails they so well prepared, all the while the restaurant being closed. When most shops would refuse us, they treated us like family. It was a memorable experience to say the least, one that we will never forget and for this reason, we are compelled to share our story about this jewel of an establishment. Please encourage this business who insists on putting customers first, something that is quickly disappearing in the world of profits at all costs. Should we return to Palma, we will definitely return and show our gratitude for not only good food, but even better service. Thank you Signature! Great place and food with heart. Last summer In Mallorca there was transport collapse. Our plane was cancelled. We retuned form airport and it was 1 a.m. Everything was shut. We were hungry and tired. The owner of the place was closing and cleaning and saw us. Asked what is up. We told our story. She not only open Resturant but offered to us the whole menu for hot food. And then Brough us a glass of Shampain. Food was great. Diverse menu and very tasty. his only you can in truly owned family places. If you happen to be in Palma or Calvin go there. You will not regret a bit. You eat food prepared with care and love at very decent prices. Can not recommend enough
