If you like British cuisine, then this steakhouse is worth checking out. Most guests recommend trying good fillet steaks and nicely cooked burgers. The positive aspect of Signature Steakhouse is that the staff is competent. Enjoyable service is something guests agree upon here. You will appreciate the terrific decor and calm atmosphere of this place. Google users are quite generous with this spot: it was granted 4.1 stars.

Thought a 'Signature Steakhouse' would be a safe bet for a decent meal, a nice glass of wine and relaxed ambience. Despite the lady behind the bar trying hard, it was a bit like a faulty towers sketch. "Old Fashioned" cocktail on the menu - great, I like those - politely asked what bourbon they used but she had never heard of bourbon. Thought I was asking about the type of sugar they used? Only one of the three choices of white wine was available and a choice of 2 cheap reds rather than the three on the menu. But the "USA Merlot" actually came from Chile (at least the nice bar lady, who tried for 2 or 3 minutes to unscrew a bottle with a cork in it, didn't charge me for the glass of wine). The fillet steaks were small but very well cooked and the grilled vegetable side was very good and a nice selection. So overall, ambience was awful (laminate tables, brightly lit, cheap pub cutlery/glassware & telly in the corner), the bar service tried hard but was awful, and the food was overpriced for what it was, but well cooked and tasty in the end.
