Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor needs no introduction- it is indeed a Khana Khazana ( a treasure box of food). We have always had absolutely delightful experiences at Signature - the dishes, plating & presentation to hospitality of the staff - all top notch and highly appreciative. One of the best fine-dining restaurants that serves Indian cuisine at its best, this restaurant at Galleria Mall is one you can enjoy with family & friends and hands down perfect choice to throw a surprise party or give a treat for your loved ones - you won’t be disappointed. The currently launched Chef’s tasting menu is an affair of Parisian & Indian cuisine bringing out culinary skills so perfectly curated that left us in awe & of course with happiest tummies! The pictures will do the speaking for itself. Every dish was unique- the macaroon chaats, roasted potato chaat in yogurt, soup in a cup (WOW) ,Seek kebab, Achari prawns, the lavish main course including finger- licking good Kulchas ( stuffed roti) with prawns & veg curry options & biriyani packed with aroma & flavors- it was just mind blowing! Very very delicious I say! The perfectly cooked Rann garnished with bits of gold foil was devoured in no time! Indian desserts are to die for, and the gulab jamun & Kulfi rabdi falooda served here proved it right again! Excellent! The menu is so elaborate & has such amazing dishes - Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor is a must try! Will leave you fallen in love with food! The service is unmatched. The staff cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing. Absolutely the best time and food we had while in this restaurant... Highly recommend!
