Outstanding food, waiting on could not do enough, two very well trained gentlemen and the service was impeccable. Great to be able to watch the kitchen in action, more to it than you think. We would definitely go back if in the area again. Signatures Restaurant delivers a great Sunday roast experience. We popped in without reservation because we were nearby, the restaurant was full packed we almost didn’t get in. However, there were nice family that shared their table with two of us. So make sure to booked in advance. We started with the Mixed Seafood Risotto and Confit Bacon starters. The Mixed Seafood Risotto was perfectly cooked. The Confit Bacon was also really good, it offered a perfect balance of savoriness and sweetness, the meat also very tender. For the main course, we indulged in the Rump Cap of Beef and Slow Braised Welsh Lamb Shoulder. Both were really good, cooked to perfection with a succulent texture and bursting with robust flavors. Paired with a rich jus and accompanied by a medley of seasonal vegetables. Throughout our dining experience, the service was impeccable, with attentive staff who anticipated our needs and provided knowledgeable recommendations. The ambiance was cozy, a bit crowded but nothing to complain.
