Not 1 star for the restaurant, its food or service it's just that this is not at the Tagaytay Serin Mall anymore. I was told by mall staff that Silantro closed some time back.

Please train your staff to be polite and be consistent. They are really rude. Replace all of your male staff in Tagaytay. I brought outside drinks which I have been doing all the time and they rudely asked me that this is not allowed but the table beside me also have outside drinks but they didn't even asked them. This is so disappointing.

Quality and quantity has really gone down. We’ve been customers for years, even when they started in Kapitolyo. We noticed that the serving has become smaller/less every time we visit. Price also keeps going up, which we don’t mind as long as the quality is still there. Used to be 5 big wings, now it’s just 4 small pieces and excuse was that the supplier gave bigger wings so they just had to give 4pcs. Meat in the burrito was also tough, not like before. We keep trying to check if they will go back to how good it was, but sadly seems like it won’t.
