After a long walk around Atelier Abel, go to this restaurant and have a rest here. Search through the Fusion menu. Do not go away without tasting good red chicken curry, pork gyoza and tuna tataki. Make a change from your customary meal and try tasty pancakes and good ice cream at SILK - Pan-Asian Fusion and Izakaya, Korcula. It's nice to order delicious house wine, Mojitos or beer. Lemonade lovers will find it great.
The great location of this place makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. The patient staff meets you at this spot all year round. People say that the service is terrific here. A welcome change to the row of pizza spots. Staff works so hard to keep a handle on so many tables. The front of house and back are communicating, plates are moving fast and everyone is taken care of. I was happy to tip here. Veggie curry is good food! Only complaint is warm sake and no tap water. We had a delicious dinner at Silk. It was a chilly evening and we ate inside. The tables are really close together. Fortunately, we had a nice chat with our neighbors. The food was delicious. The servers, Jude and Tommy were energetic, funny and really worked hard to ensure everyone in the restaurant was having a great experience. We realized we had seen them swimming at the beach earlier. It was the first swim of the season and very cold so we applauded their bravery! Great evening at Silk in Korcula.
