The first bartender we had was great. Cane was absolutely rude spending over 900 a night to be treated this way absolutely not okay. Please train your staff properly they need to have proper costumer service, know how to speak to customer no need to make anyone feel bad. My son, husband and I were seated in the back next to a very large party. Our waiter was overwhelmed and he couldn’t get my sons drink before our appetizer came. We waited patiently for our second appetizer and in the meantime the wine person kept pouring our expensive wine and we had no wine left before we got our second appetizer. We wanted to have that wine with our dinner which came THREE hours later!! When the waiter came with the bill he could see the dissatisfaction on my face and asked if there was a problem. We explained how we felt and how dissatisfied we were. He came back with the bill and said he took off our appetizer and gave us 20 percent off our bill. Still disappointed that we had to sit there for over three hours!!! I saw two parties come in get there food and leave before we even got our meal!! We stopped at the Silver Bar to have a drink before bed and the bartender over heard us talking and said that’s terrible, your drinks are on the house. He said Three hours was terrible!! Would never go back!!!
