The people you saw working today are the owners of the business and have been for 17 years - they are certainly not lazy, they personally run their business. We operate on a reduced menu on public holidays so we can streamline our service. We had no complaints from customers today so would be very interested to hear about the specific issue you faced. The best way for us to serve you is when you voice issues with us in person so we can at least attempt to fix any mistakes. Simply not carrying the range of magazines or having a particular food you’d like to order, does not equal pathetic and shameful. In a world where you can be anything, be kind.More
