This restaurant is consistently very slow in preparing orders. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this. On many occasions, I’ve had to wait 30 minutes to over an hour just to pick up an order. What makes the situation even worse is the staff’s attitude. Whenever drivers politely ask about the status of an order, the staff respond rudely and disrespectfully. Instead of providing an update or trying to help, they often argue with drivers and simply tell us to cancel the order and leave. Today, I wasn’t the only one experiencing this. There were two or three other delivery drivers waiting with me, and they were treated the same way. The restaurant’s slow service and the staff’s unprofessional behavior make it very difficult for drivers to do their jobs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
