Don’t let the blackened glass doors at Silver Spoon intimidate you—be courageous, open the door, and you’ll be rewarded with a fantastic culinary experience. The first thing that strikes you is the high-end setup of the restaurant, which makes the affordable pricing a very welcome surprise. It truly offers a premium atmosphere without the premium price tag, making it a perfect neighborhood spot for a family meal. The food was great and definitely exceeded expectations for the price point. The only area where there is room for growth is the service. While the staff are present, a bit more coaching and professional English training would elevate the customer service by several notches and better match the sophisticated decor of the outlet. Overall, it’s a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. If the team can refine the service touchpoints, this place will be hard to beat. Highly recommended for a family outing! The food is so good that I forgot to take pics before eating. Mushroom soup - a bit not salty enough but taste very creamy (they use real mushroom). Hawaiian chicker burger - tastes very good, the fries is 10/10. Also ordered the 茶泡饭 set - very very good especially the side dishes!
