I had a really lovely experience at Simbio. The way they blend old architectural elements with modern design is both smart and visually appealing, it gives the place a unique, welcoming character. The atmosphere was relaxed, with good music setting the tone, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, which always makes a difference. The food is a bit hard to describe in the best way possible. I had a beef salad, and while it sounds simple, something you could easily recreate at home, it was absolutely delicious. That’s actually what stood out to me: their dishes feel more homemade than typical “restaurant-style” food, in a very comforting and honest way. The tea and ginger beer were also great, nicely complementing the meal. Overall, it’s the kind of place I’d happily come back to anytime.
