I am very surprised to write and complain but since before entering to order, i kindly requested if they had lactose free option for milk since im highly allergic, and the waiter specifically said that yes they have, i requested my lactose free option for latte, and i asked more than once to be certain, it was written the price as 4 jods but they overcharged me with 2 jods when seen on the receipt for no reason whatsoever. Anyway in the end, i can sense the flavor difference but was like, no way they put lactose milk, but after half an hour my stomach could feel that they haven’t put lactose free milk as requested, and nausea and so on has already happened to me, not only that but we only ordered three drinks which took forever to make. The flavoring wasnt the best and the latte was supposedly pistachio but was not sweet or had that flavour. Very bad service and would never visit again. Not only that but paying 14 jods for 3 drinks is highly unreasonable as it was written way differently on their menu and we calculated to pay 10 jds. And a service fee of 1 jd extra for what? Boulevard branch is very clean, the food is super fresh and delicious. most important the taste is 100% similar to simit sarayı turkey
