The bagels at Izmit Ncity simit palace were hard, the pastry was stale, the tea was bitter, and as if this was not enough, the attitude and behavior of the uncle working there towards the customers was extremely rude and insulting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The employees are rude and disrespectful. They have staff who are rude enough to kick out the customers sitting at the table. It is a very troubled place. They make fun of the customers and humiliate them. I was never satisfied!!!
