We went to Simitci Dunyasi for breakfast with 2 disabled customers, after which we were treated like beggars. After we did not receive a new pot of tea, while tea is unlimited at breakfast, we told the staff that this was not fair. The bald chef treated us very disrespectfully and sent us away. The bald gentleman and the little old lady need to learn manners and how to deal with customers. Then my physically disabled aunt went to the restaurant again with another family member and was sent away again without any reason. Maybe take a manners course? Kid-friendliness: My mother was sent away with “no one has to listen to your whining”. Bald gentleman doesn't know how to deal with customers. Wheelchair accessibility: We didn't come the second time. My disabled aunt came with another family member without them knowing about the conflict. Or probably hoping you've learned some manners. Too bad you don't know how to treat disabled customers. Don't worry, we have learned that we never have to come to such a disrespectful restaurant again. Old short lady should be ashamed of her personality and restaurant. I will do my best to ensure that no one from my area has to come to your restaurant. The food is fine and so are most of the employees, but that guy with the glasses (think the owner or manager) should take an entrepreneurship course. You ask what comes with it and he tells you everything that is there. Can't you tell me a little bit? Then I ask: has the cheese melted? Is he going to repeat it to me: No, the cheese has not melted with an irritated tone. This is not an entrepreneur. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
