I have visited Simlo Restaurant many times, and overall it has always been a good experience. Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful, although a few could improve their customer service. The food is very delicious and one of the main reasons I keep visiting. Sometimes the food takes a bit longer to arrive, and a few items feel slightly overpriced, but considering the great atmosphere and beautiful location of the restaurant, it is understandable. Overall, it’s a nice place to relax and enjoy good food with family or friends. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I visited your Nagoda branch today between workshops. I ordered 3 chicken meals for my team but, as a vegetarian, I asked to swap my chicken portion for extra vegetables. I was disappointed that this was refused. As a regular traveler, flexibility for dietary needs would make me much more likely to return. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
