First time trying and was very excited only to be EXTREMELY disappointed. I live so close and food was all cold to touch by time I got to eat it. I called and said I will drive the food back, it needs to be remade or refunded I don’t care which but I am very tired and now completely disappointed. Instead of taking my name and number the woman I spoke to said uh and yeah when I said can I speak to the manager claiming they are on vacation, great, who fixes the problems? Instead of being kind,. She was irritated and making excuses and rude. So I ended the call. I hope the manager sees this and corrects this lack of customer service. Restaurants make mistakes. If I’m bringing you the entire food back because it’s not cooked and or cold, why argue? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
