My mum waited until the last minute to make an order for two cakes, for my brothers birthday on Christmas Day, Sarah took the phone call and was so so accommodating, she went that extra mile to ensure the cakes would arrive for me in less than 24 hours, I ordered after 2pm Friday and the cakes were here 9am Saturday!!
