Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Simpatico. Service was good and their menu had a fair number of options so there was something for everyone. Ordered wine from the menu but they didn't have it so I had to choose another option. No big deal. Asked questions about the menu and the server had to ask the kitchen; they didn't know the answers because the head chef wasn't there. Ok, I course corrected and made other menu choices. They have small and large options for appetizers which I liked. I had the small beet salad which was delicious! Pizza was also excellent! The Pork Osso Bucco was cold but the bed of risotto it came on was very hot. Didn't quite understand how that could happen, but the kitchen corrected the mistake. Otherwise, the risotto was delicious and the pork was enjoyable. The cheesecake for dessert was 5 stars for sure! Overall, I enjoyed my experience here but there's a few shortcomings they could address. I would come back again when I'm in the area. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50

Still trying to process the dining experience from last night. This place is run like the wild Wild West. I went with 3 other women for a mom’s night out. Meal came out cold. Server kindly took it back and “reheated it”- returned still cold. When we had a private discussion with the server about having this meal deducted from our bill another patron with his aggressive dog approached me and began calling me a Karen out of nowhere. Apparently his girlfriend was working who appeared to be on drugs herself. I was unable to finish my meal as I was verbally assaulted and the situation was unmanaged by the staff. I left appalled and terrified by the dining experience. DO NOT EVER DINE HERE! I cannot even emphasize the insanity we experienced last night from a drunk patron who inserted himself into our private matter with rabid HIS DOG. Unreal. Stood at the reception desk for 5 mins waiting to be seated (we had a reservation). The appetizers were alright but we had to wait for silverware before we could eat them. 2 hrs later, since our "ticket was lost", 3 entrees were cold and 1 entree (28$ for 2 ravioli) was still raw and un-edible. We couldn't even cut it with the butter knife provided. Management did comp the ravioli and a round of drinks but we will not be going back. Only redeeming quality was our server Shelly, tried to keep the evening enjoyable (we were celebrating mothers day). Sad to see wasted potential.
