Simple Palate Restaurant has some really really good specials. Like Tuesday is my favorite day: Hamburger, fries and a brew (or beverage) for $10. Their chicken piccata is really yummy, fish and chips are nicely fried tender the batter stays on the fish. Their fries are like potato wedges but they're thinner and they come out crispy on the outside and soft in the middle- I really love them. The one drawback to this great restaurant is that they often have large parties and don't have a lot of help. The waitress that's there is stellar! Awesome awesome awesome. The Cook gets everything fixed and even with a really large party we got our food hot and in a reasonable time.
